If they try and sting you for a water pump on your 2hp Honda, you are dealing
with a dishonest or incompentent shop - The 2 hp Honda is air cooled.

The manufacturers web page describes the unit as having "maintenance free"
electronic ignition. My guess is that a new spark plug and fresh oil (both
the engine and lower end have oil reservoirs on a four stroke) should put the
unit right for next year.

$150 sounds way out of line for a service - isn't that about 25% of the price
of a new outboard?
