Hello Everybody:

My P-19 is equipped with a 13 lb Danforth, with 20 feet of 1/4 inch chain
and 150 feet of 3/8 inch nylon rode as the main anchor.

The secondary anchor is an 11 pound Bruce copy with 10 feet of chain
and 100 feet of rode.

They both seem to work well in Lake Superior mud and sand.

I recently towed my boat, with my new Ford Explorer, from Thunder Bay
to Kenora. Aside from my fear of jack knifing on slippery roads, the tow
went well. The boat is now tarped in a friend's yard. It is unfortunate
that the roads were pretty wet as the boat is now covered with a layer
of grime and I don't expect to be able to clean it in the near future.

I hope that everyone enjoys fair winds and a mild winter.

Ray
