If you need a "bullet" for your coax, I am sure I have one down in my
"lab" (AKA the back of the garage) and would be happy to send it to
you. If you are looking for a smaller connector, you might try the BNC
type which has lower loss at VHF than most of the bigger PL259 types.
The BNC connector is a bit harder to install on the cable, but if you
read the directions they work out just fine. Both types are hard to
seal from the elements and take some periodic care to make sure lots of
junk builds up inside of them. Shrink tube is helpful, and some come
with gaskets inside, but you know how water is.....

I agree with Jim Nolan that MCM is a good source for coax connectors and
such, but, knowing Jim, there must be some kind of trick in his
suggestion.
