Has anybody considered the rudder as a location to attach a VHF antennae?
I have an 8' antennae mounted on a plastic swivel base attached to the
rudder. It is so far back that it does not interfere with anything. I also
use it to fly a flag. I fold it down along the lenght of rudder when I remove
rudder. So far has worked great.
