Check out the mast raising system that Precision boats is now installing on their trailers. It's about as quick to use as any system I've seen. I'll bet it's as quick as Jerry Barrilleaux' system, and he gets his big Potter on the water in about 20 minutes.
I'm really seriously considering making something like it for my trailer. I'll keep the block on the bow pulpit in case I ever need to raise or lower the mast on the water, but using a system like the Precision one looks alot faster.
