I regret raising extraneous issues about software and such. The basic
problem is the need for a new editor for the year 2000. Anyone volunteering
can use any software he or she has available. If there is no volunteer, we
can discuss at the Jan. 16 meeting whether we want to drop the hardcopy
newsletter and just depend on the web page.
Looks like we could use some helpers on the web page also. I can provide
some help on the web page or newsletter but can't take on full
responsibility for either this year.
