I've not sailed there, but went there often when I was a kid. Fishing was good
there at the time, I don't know if it is still since its getting to be illegal
to fish for just about anything anymore it seems. We used to camp at the various
state and city parks there and swimming was always a lot of fun in the summer.

I'm not sure how the sailing is. I've been told that the winds tends to blow
one way in the morning and another in the afternoon, but its almost always up-
and down-lake, because of the topography of the valley.

I'll be on/near the lake in May staying up in Holden Village for a few days,
and I'll try to get a feel for the prevailing wind patterns while I'm there.

I seem to recall there were a couple people on the NW list based on lake chelan,
maybe they are on this list too and will chime in.
