Michael

K-Mart used to sell a blue closed cell foam swimming float that is the right size for a bunk pad in a P-15, except that it is only 60 inches long. I have one in my P-14, and have slept comfortably on it several nights--no problem about my feet hanging over the end!

Being closed cell foam it does add flotation. The blue color is absolutely fierce, about like a blue polytarp. As I remember, mine cost about $40.
