I bought a couple from the sailnet.com store for $38.00 each complete. The
harness, 10' of halyard teather and 2 each caribiners per unit. The brand
is Life Bouy, and I think they are still shipping free of charge.
The store says they test stronger than Coast Guard requirements or whoever
does the testing.
I am well satisfied with the quality of construction.
