Wow! That sounds like an amazing trip!
We just returned from Cocoa Beach last week. There is a shuttle launch
scheduled for sometime later in March - it sure would be cool to watch
that from the water.
I bought the chart that covers Cape Canaveral to a little beyond Melbourne.
One of the notes warns of the danger of falling rocket parts.
I hope you're able to relay reports from various points on your trip. I'm
sure I won't be the only one waiting for them.
