I expended a lot of effort tracking down a source for Lexan sheets a year
and a half ago. This is from the regional GE representative (GE owns the
Lexan copyright and trademark):

He also indicated in response to my follow up message that Lexan sheet
stock was available in at least one local Home Depot.
