You need to strip enough wire so you can bend it back and forth until it fits
tight insided connector with a lil line of solder included. once connector
and wire are tight together you apply soldering iron and a bit of solder to
tip until in runs shiny. It takes a few seconds but insures a good weld
inside and on tip of connector. Patience is key.
