I'm going to have to try that trailer winch method. Not having to run that
tackle for the mast raising system would cut some real minutes out of the
process.

Ditto. I keep the reefing lines run through the sail and coiled near the
gooseneck. When the boom is attached to the mast, I just need to run the
reefing lines down the mast and aft.

Hmmm... I've never considered a quick pin shackle for the mainsheet blocks.
I wonder? I run the mainsheet starting at the cleat and working backwards,
as it were. That way, I have a minimum amount of line to pull through the
blocks, finishing with a bowline around the becket. I'll have to time
myself and see how long it takes. I'm not sure I'd save time switching.

Loading the boat at home is the best thing you can do to save time. When
we depart from home (not often - boat is usually dry-slipped), I load
everything into the boat except the box with the portable electronics.
I top-off the water tanks (drinking and potty) from the lawn hose.

At the ramp, the only things that has to move from van to boat are the motor,
primary anchor, solar panel and the electronics box. 30 minutes from parking
the rig until we cast-off from the dock. We do all the rigging on land.
