Safety Gear is required and recommended (Often two different lists).
COMFORTABLE PFD's for EVERYONE is Critical IMHO as a unconfortable PFD means
it will Not be Worn when it's needed.
Other than that I suggest you borrow a copy of Frugal Cruising for many
useful and proven suggestions.
What you plan to DO with your Potter will create the NEEDS of that Potter.
