I noticed on the IM/WWP website, that P-19 winches are mounted using canted
teak pads, but that the shorted side of the pad is on the outer side of the
toe rail. Since the toe rail already is angled downwards, the use of the
pads increases the winch angle from horizontal. Does this help with tailing?
