Or anywhere on the western shore around Annapolis. I particularly like
Sunrise, MD at the mouth of the West River. Galesville, too, would probably
suit.

As to "decent winds" in July, the news is not good. The highest probability
for any given day is: winds light and fluky, with a 40% chance of a vicious
mid-afternoon squall. Exception, of course, occur.
