Answers to Alan's questions:
1. Yes I do use the mast raising system and it works well.
2. The cam cleat on the cabin roof, port side is used with the block &
tackle for the mast
  raising system.
3. The blocks on your boom -- The aft most attached block is most likely
used for a first reef
  point for your jiffy-reefing line. That line would attach to the port
side of the rear end of the
  boom, up through the reefing point grommet on the leach of the sail, back
down and through
  that block on the starboard side of your boom to a cleat forward on the
boom. The other block
  you said that was attached to an eye pad one third of the way back from
the mast (I'm now
  assuming on the bottom side of the boom) is for your boom-vang. This
tackle also attaches
  to the base of your mast with another block assembly.
