HMS 18, hull number 43. Boat is sailable but qualifies as a project boat. I bought the boat in the 1980's and used it in the San Juans, Puget Sound and Lake Washington. An accident brought my sailing days to an end in the mid nineties. The boat has been stored on it's trailer since. Main sail, jib and mahogany rudder have been stored inside. I purchased a bunch of running lights, wiring, switches, and marine battery for night operation but they're not installed; that'll be part of the package.
