I have this setup, and found the unbolting and bolting the fulcrum bar to the
mini stays mounting bolts to be time consuming. I found two stainless steel
hose clamps (like on a car radiator hose) with a thumb screw vs. the typical
slot screw for tightening. I place the fulcrum bar on the mast, near the mini
stays, and strap it on with the two clamps, raise it, and unstrap it. Much
better.
