I am probably answering a question that has already been answered, since I'm
trying to catch up on my e-mail after a couple of days away from the 'puter.
Anyway, take a look at West Marine for your barbecue. The best seems to be
the Magma. Comes in two sizes. I have a smaller one on a P-15 which works
fine as long as you don't get too confident and walk around too much. I lost
a grill overboard that way. A P-15 has a tendency to rock easily when you
move around too much.
The Magma, both regular size and party size, can be used as a barbecue, grill,
oven and/or stove top. They've been on sale all summer, although they're
still kind of expensive. All stainless and designed well.
It is nice to cook without taking up cockpit real estate.

Does anyone have a source for propane BBQ's? The ones that hang of the sid=
e
or rear of the boat. I have seen a few of these on some larger craft, but
never on a smaller boat like a P-19
