I used silicone spray the last time I had my mast down, and it >really<
helped, but didn't last real long. West Marine has some sail lubricant stuff
that looks promising too, but expensive.

I've kinda wondered if a coat of turtle wax or even something like beeswax
on the mast track might last longer...
