>Greg: The pottter spec sheet shows the jib for a P-19 at 52 square
feet, the 110% lapper at 76 square feet and the genoa at 107 square
feet. The standard jib does not quite fill the foretriangle created
by the mast, shroud and deck. The lapper stretches just past the
mast and the genoa is about twice the size of the jib. Of course,
all this only works if you have a Marconi sloop. From your
measurements and the square footage you state, your Potter must be a
square-rigger. Could we have a picture? >> "Gregory D. Welker"

Having bought a used boat, which supposedly came with a genoa, I'm
not
exactly sure that's the jib I got.
It measures approx 14.5 x 8.5, or about 123 SF. Can someone tell me
which
jib this is?

Thanks in advance.
