I SWAG this at

sqrt(16) * 1.5 = 6 knots.

I've actually hit this a couple of times (According to my GPS for what its
worth) but never exceeded that. Most sources say between 1.35 and 1.5 times
the square root of waterline length. I guess the higher end because of the
hard chine hull and lower displacement.
