There was a fellow who lived in San Diego in the late 80's
whose only means of powering his potter 15 was by rowing.
I believe he sailed it down to nicaragua and had it portaged over
then sailed to veracruz.
He wrote articles regularly for the San Diego Sailing Rag the
title of which I can not recall.
Then of course Larry Brown writes that he preferred oars to
outboards on his potter 15.
