Hi Judy, The Potter Borusto belongs to Doug and Joan Pittman of Lafayette CA.
They are great people, they even made it to the Tahoe sail. If you leave the
boat in the water I don't recommend leaving the rudder on. I would also keep
the keel in the raised position when in salt water. I have never kept my boat
in water for more than a week at a time. My friend Maurice kept his P.19 in
the water in Alameda. We would take it out after work and sail the Bay at
