Can it be that James Fauver is unfamiliar with common American given
names and courtesy titles? Or does he believe "woman" to be a
pejorative term? This is, I suppose, the more likely alternative,
though if so he is certainly flying in the face of current fashion. A
brave man, then -- though not a very perceptive one.
The "bickering" will stop when Mr. Fauver and the list's other wags
exhaust their store of puerile gibes. I shouldn't think this will
take very much longer.
