When I'm really planing fast in my Force 5 dinghy (in winds of 20-25 on San
Francisco Bay), the centerboard always hums, shrieks and moans. It's a
common
event in dinghies and small boats. Lasers do it, Force 5's do it, Capri
14.2's do it....
