I think you missed the point about the change over, but if you are happy
with the setup you have please don't change it. I found that after changing
over, not only was it easier to haul in on the main sheet, but the amount of
force needed is now the same on both tacks whereas with the old system it
wasn't. Also, the boom seems to "center" (pull to the same angle off of
center on either tack) better with the new system.
