Hay Pottering folks,

I've just spent some money on my quest to crank my setup time from the trailer down to 10 minutes. One almost universal suggestion was to get a second set of gudgeons, so I could keep the rudder attached and still use the mast carrier. Great suggestion by the way!

Now, as I look at things, I could do it a couple ways. I could install them right next to the current ones, which would cause the mast to be bent a little bit to make the crutch, I could angle them a bit to keep the mast on the centerline while trailering, or I could offset them a bit and use the bow pulpit to support the front instead of having it lean on the chainplate.

All you folks with the suggestions, which way did you do it?

Thanks very much,

J.J.
