Both the cabin walls and the Plexiglas windows are 1/8" thick. At least on
the 1970 models. I've replaced all the windows and frames. The side windows
are sandwiched between marine plywood frames, and the front window is a
Beckson "Rain Drain" opening port. Works like a charm, doesn't leak and
allows a nice breeze angled down into the cabin at anchor.
