They finally let me out of the closet. The tough situations I have been in,
the outhaul was on the other side of the boom and it was not safe to stand up
and reach over. And I was not in a position to tack and catch it while the
boom shifted to the other side. The set up I have is easy. I only disconnect
the outhaul line at the clew and unthread the tail from the two loops. The
outhaul line remains on the boom until the next time I set up.
