Has anyone done anything "creative" with the space next to the stove or sink? I was thinking the other day it might be just big enough to add a small icebox (not a cooler!) that opened from the top. I envision sitting at anchor, cutting veggies on the top (which would have a cutting board integrated), while my frozen beer stayed frozen underneath for a few days and my steak cooked outside on the barbeque.
