Greetings all:

In response to John's comment about leaking P-19s: I have a 1997 P-19
(#953) which does not leak from any of the fixtures. We have even
taken significant water over the bow (it is neat to watch the water
running down the side decks and draining off behind the cockpit seats)
without any getting through the forward hatch. On this basis I would
expect that the new P-19s are fairly tight.

Also, it seems to me that most items are backed up ok. Although, I did
change the backing plates for the three cleats. Instead of the washers I
am now using a full plate of 1/8 inch aluminum.
