Hi all:

If you want it easily removable use a short length of small diameter line and
a pair of brummel hooks/sister clips <they hook together and can be removed
only when in the absolute correct position AND you don't have to drill any
holes!>. I use this on my P-19 but it is 'standard' equipment on Laser
dinghies as is a 2:1 outhaul <you gotta drill two holes for the clamcleat for
this one>. I think Layline has Laser rigging/parts on their website...
