Hi there,
I have a Potter 19 that I have built a motor holder for my 4- cycle
5 hp Honda and I mounted it up front so more weight is on the tongue
of the trailer which helps tracking. I also have some velcro straps
that I put about every 4 or 5 feet on the mast when it is down and
they hold the roller furler sail and all sheets and shrouds. The
velcro straps are two inches wide and have a buckle at the end so
you run the strap through the buckle ,pull tight, then connect the
velcro it is fast convenient and the velcro straps just roll up into
self sticking small rolls that go into the little pocket at the back
of the boat.
