I don't think so !

I think hull number HMSA2319A898 means....

HMSA = manufacturer
2319 = the 2,319th boat built [ this is your sail number and would also
be on the sail ]
A 8 = date of manufacture [ in this case Jan 8th ][ A = Jan, B = Feb,
C = March, etc. ]
98 = year of manufacture...ie, 1998

which means...

The sixth Bay Hen - 21 manufactured by Nimble Boat Company, manufactured
June 1998

PS: In addition to the HIN number near the starboard side of the rear
hull, someplace " hidden " inside the hull should be a duplicate of this
number to deter somebody stealing the boat or at least help police in
recovery of stolen boats.
