I have Potter 14 #234 that was built in 1967. The 1972 registration date
sounds about right for #446, which should be gunter-rigged with wooden
spars. They abandoned the gunter rig at #460. I think the first U.S. built
Potter was #151, built around 1966.

What is an "ABOS" book? Something like the automobile Blue Book?
