between 5-6 knots long term average in inland waters.

I burn about a half gallon per hour at full throttle on my two-stroke.
4-strokes are supposed to be more efficient so you'll probably do better.
In calm seas you can reach top speed at lower throttle settins so that
should increase your mileage too.
