Correction: E&B Marine(Div. of West Marine) call them "Eye-Stanchion
Pulpit" part #114785 at a cost of $7.49 each. They are little Stainless
Steel straps that have to be spread apart to get them around your pulpit
or rail vertical members (post or stanchion).
