IM was great to work with, and remained patient through my many questions. I
made many changes to my order, and when I picked it up, everything I ordered
was on the boat, as it should be.
IM was especially helpful in telling me about all of the options, while not
trying to "hard sell" me things that I didn't need. I appreciated this alot.
But the best part of it is, the damn thing works! Its fun to sail, easy to
tow and rig, easy to clean up, nice Harken gear, beautiful Tanbark sails,
etc... I could go on.
Lets just say, I am a very satisfied Potter owner.
