Sorry to hear about your grounding, but it's not unusual. Be advised that
the US Coast Guard, which are normally thoughtful bunch, has figured out how
to avoid any liability for this. In one area I know on Virginia's Eastern
Shore, they removed the navigation markers from a popular creek (Onnancock)
because some of the sandbars had shifted. Rather that move the markers or
dredge, they took them out! Now we only have some sticks placed in the mud
by local fisherman to navigate by. Oh well, it doesn't matter much with a
P15.
