I have a question for anyone with a 19 and the Nissan 5hp 4-stroke. Is
it OK to trailer with the motor on the bracket, or should you take it
off? The bracket on my boat says it is not for 4 stroke engines, but
the folks at IM say that the bracket is speced for much larger hp
engines. What do you think? I 'd like to keep it on the bracket (one
less thing to fuss with at the ramp), but I would hate to see my motor
and part of the transom bouncing down some highway in my rearview
mirror.
