Greetings.
I have just purchased a 1995 Potter 19 and am having
a problem keeping the rudder on my Potter 19 down, or even
half down (lots of shallow water here in Tampa, FL), I am considering
adding some weight to the bottom of my rudder. Has anyone tried this?
