For a horn i use a refillable air horn i originally bought for my
recombent tandem bicycle. it is very loud and you can clip it onto a
railing easily (it has a clip on it). the reservoir is easily refilled
with a bike pump and it fits into a bicycle water bottle cage for handy
storage. i forget what it was called---check the bike shops---it was 25
bucks!
