Thanks for info... I have a lot of empty Celebrex and Hydrocodeine medicine
containers with caps. No empty film containers. I think I will clean a few of
medicine containers and store them in Potter. A sample would surely win my
case...

Add a plastic 35 mm film holder to your gross boat polluter kit! While
I was Harbor Master in Calif., it was the favorite Coast Guard and Dept.
of Fish and Game (and ours) strategy to collect a sample of an oil slick
( or any other surface stuff) in the harbor or offshore, send it to the
lab and match with suspect vessel, as in fingerprinting! - BINGO!
