New Potter Needs Help

purchased a 86 potter 19 2 weeks ago , lots of clean up etc. didnot have a
mast raising kit, wife and I did get the mast up but not so sure about
getting it down, I had a major heart problem a few months ago and have lost
arms stength. IM wants $200 for a kit and right now that is out of the
Question. Any thoughts on how to do this or make a kit or something? What is
the sequence of taking the mast down ? Really enjoy all the great web page
stuff. Hope to see some of you at Tahoe.I was a long time powerboater , now I
am ready for the real world of sailing.
