Well, generally I haven't needed anything except sparkplugs, and it's been
a long time since I've bought any of those. There is a Seagull shop in San
Francisco where I bought a replacement fuel shutoff valve and some gear
oil. I hear that shop is going out of business. The best source for parts
is probably Sailorman in Florida. They have the Seagull parts catalogs on
line and should be able to supply most anything. The URL is listed in the
Links section of the Potter Yachters web page. I haven't bought anything
from them yet.

The fuel shutoff valve I bought in SF was a plastic replacement for the
original brass valve, and that plastic one recently started leaking. I
found a nice brass replacement at a local lawnmower shop.

But you aren't going to get a Seagull, are you?

>Harry,

P.S. Note to Geoff: My Seagull has its faults, but I've never caught it
smoking.
