Good story - interesting point about the "navigable seaway" - the CG will
sometimes just tow you out of a shipping lane and leave you to your own
devices. What was the salvage company bill? I've heard horror stories about
that.

Also, don't count out IM. 65 lbs can be done with UPS. A mast obviously has
to go truck freight because of the length. I bet the centerboard fits within
UPS regulations so it will be like any other package of similar weight.
