I like to "bucket down" my decks and make the "swabbies" brush it all down.
We get a bit dusty here in Colorado. I wish the drain was larger to drain
off the residual waste water from this. Not only does it not keep up with
the bucket creating a bathtub, but the "lip" on the drin in the floor
(about 4 millimeters) often keeps that last bit of dirt from draining out,
instead trapping it in the back corners of the cockpit floor. Very
frustrating. A change in the fibreglass mold design to put a lightly
recessed area about 6" in diameter with a nipple (like the sink has)
instead of a raised fitting, would have been ideal for flushing out the
dirt (and also trapping the standing water in the cockpit floor).

I may redo my stock setup some day to avoid the dirt draining problems.
