This might explain why my boat only leaked when I neglected to put the bolts
in? I since have filled in the holes, caulked the top, which has knocked it
down to "almost never" (I have no hold downs) but now I'm thinking about
getting the thing "precisely" lined up and drilling the holes back in.
Whatcha think? (I guess I can fill the holes back in again if that doesn't
work!)
